Information on the processing of personal data

Premise This page describes what happens to your personal data when you visit this website. Personal data is any data that could lead to the identification or identifies a person. How data is collected:

Types of data processed:

Navigation data

The automatic computer systems and software procedures used to operate the site acquire, during their normal operation, some data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This is information present in log files that is not collected to be associated with identification, but which by its very nature could identify information such as the time of the request, user IP, size of the file obtained in response and other parameters related to the operating system. Data provided voluntarily by the user

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on the site involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, which is necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the e-mail. Personal data is processed using automated and manual tools. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access. Personal data used for marketing purposes is kept for no longer than 3 years and will be deleted at the end of this period if the user does not agree to its renewal. 4. The interested party has the right to obtain from Paola Cavallin the restriction of the processing of the data acquired.
