WHY CHOOSE THE BOWEN

Seneca used to say “He who is a slave to his own body is not free” and I was a slave to mine for over thirty years, then I discovered the Bowen world. For a long time, in fact, due to a physical problem, it was not possible for me to stand for too long or take a simple walk without having severe back pain; I was also in danger of losing control of my right leg, which was already perpetually numb. The Bowen method has managed to give me back a pain-free life: no one, before then, had been able to find a possible solution to this disabling problem of mine.

The Bowen changed my life, not only physically but also professionally. I had always had a great interest in the holistic world and everything that surrounds it, but due to my physical limitations I had never had the opportunity to deepen my study of it, until the moment I got to know this discipline. For years my goal was a career in the business world, but at that point something had changed: so I abandoned the old path to start my new educational path, until it became my current profession. Day after day and more and more, I have learned to love this technique so delicate and at the same time so powerful, also becoming an active part in its diffusion.

Over the years, the specialization has continued, opening the doors to other useful and complementary techniques, as well as to new and exciting Bowen teachings, which are making my journey every day a wonderful discovery.
